Create Revisions of the same quote
Once you have sent your quote to your client, you may be asked to resupply the quote with some changes.
Rather than editing the original quote – you have the ability to create a copy and edit that instead. (keeping the original intact for easy reference and access)
The Create revision button can be found on the Actions tab, beneath the Send Quote options.
(You are also given the option to Create revision when Unlocking your quote)

Once clicked, Brandengine creates an exact copy of the quote with one small exception. The quote number will now contain a revision suffix.

It’s then just a matter of making the required changes to the new quote for your client and resubmitting.
The quantity of revisions you can create is unlimited. These are stored like other quotes in the same Enquiry or Project as the original for easy access.

NB – This should not be confused with Duplicating Quotes
