Sending Quotes
Once your proposal is finalised, there are multiple ways to send it to your client.
Firstly – Slide across from the Summary tab to the Actions tab on the top right of your quote screen.
Currently – Quotes are generated into a PDF
(Dynamic Quoting is coming)
You have the following options:
- Download the Quote PDF
This is for if you wish to send to your client externally from Brandengine. Before downloading the PDF, you will be given the option to record that the quote has been sent to your client. - Email the quote to yourself (only)
For those that use their email program as a filing system. You can then transport the quote to your client as required. (print, forward etc…). You will be given the option to record that the quote has been sent to your client. This email will arrive in your inbox from hello@brandengine.com.au - Email the quote to your client directly (and to yourself)
To increase deliverability, and maintain your image, this will be sent from your email address (not some generic Brandengine email address)
You will be given the opportunity to review and edit the outgoing email before it is sent to your client.
In this instance, a copy will always be sent to you. The “copy” can contain a unique subject line to help you with filtering within your email program, this is setup in settings.
Email History Log
At the very top of the Quote page (In between the Quote number and name) you will see a blue Project Artifacts symbol.
This gives you access to emails sent (or received) by Brandengine that relate to this Quote, the initial Enquiry and the subsequent Project/s & Jobs
