Lists – Settings
All dropdown lists in Brandengine are user definable to reflect the unique requirements of your business and it’s processes.
To add/edit your options in the various Lists – navigate to Company-wide Settings then All Lists
(Mainmenu>YourCompany>Company-wideSettings>OptionTypes>AllLists)

The above will display all List-sets that are available by location.
NB – Enquiries and Projects use the same list-set as they are essentially the same thing – one is pre-sale, the other post-sale.
You can also locate the specific list-set (and other settings) by the Entity Types menu in Company-wide Settings.
(Mainmenu>YourCompany>Company-wideSettings>EntityTypes – then select the entity)
eg – The below image shows all of the customisable settings in the Companies entity type

Editing Lists
Click to open the list-set (right of screen)

A pop-up window will appear where you can
(Bottom Left of the pop-up)
You can also:
- Re-order tags by dragging with the grab handle
- Name/edit the List item
- Remove the list item
NB – Only Unused options can be deleted.
Be sure to when you are done.
