Job Details – Overview
The Overview panel, located at the top of the Jobs page, provides a quick summary of the key elements in production.
- Timelines of production
- Artwork approvals
- Purchase Order status
- Freight Tracking
This summary is especially useful for jobs that contain multiple items
NB – The earliest status for each key element is displayed at the top of each list, as these are assumed to require the most attention.
By default, the Overview is expanded but can be collapsed to save screen space if needed. A summary of key information and tags will still be visible.
Timelines Summary
Brandengine automatically creates production timelines based on the vendors involved in delivering the completed items.
For example: Promo Brands may handle one timeline, while another timeline involves goods moving from AS Colour to JS for completion.
In the left-hand column the JT numbers (e.g., JT0097, JT0098) serve as shortcuts to the corresponding timelines on the job page
The bars provide a quick colour and text reference for the timeline status
Timeline Tags can be edited in the associated timeline block.
Artwork Summary
Granular art proof management allows for individual product artwork status tracking within each timeline.

(The job artwork status list can be customised by your admin in Company-Wide Settings.)
