Attach Files to PO’s
All outgoing purchase order emails can include file attachments.
Steps to attach files to the PO email are as follows:
On the right of the Purchase order page – you’ll find the Add attachment button at the bottom of the email button stack

The Add attachment button opens a new dialogue box where you can upload files from your computer, or access files already loaded into your clients company record on Brandengine.

Attached files are visible at the bottom of screen (under the PO), in the Email attachments block, where you also have the ability to add more attachments as needed.
Tip ~ if you click on the file name once loaded, a Quicklook panel will open – here you can view more info on the file, edit the filename, tags & notes, or download the file.

If you have attached files to the PO in error, you are also given the option to remove from PO – or – delete the file altogether from your system via the bin
