Artwork Status

Products in your job timeline/s can have their artwork proof status managed independently, or you can perform a bulk status update.

Tip ~ For your convenience, the artwork status of each item is also displayed in the Job Overview at the top of the page.

Individual Status Changes

You will find the Artwork Status manager beneath the name of the associated product

When creating a Job, the default artwork status of all items is Initial – Unknown

To change the status of individual items, click on the down chevron to reveal a list of selectable options.

NB This list can be customised by your admin to align with your business’s dialogue and processes. Status colour and position within the list can also be adjusted.

To change the status list go to:
MainMenu > YourCompany > Company-wideSettings > All Lists > Job Artwork

The text of 3 items in the list are system settings and are locked.
These are Not required, Initial – Unknown, Approved for production
(Colours for the above items can still be changed)

Bulk Status Changes

You can also batch update all artwork states by using the Blue Block Artwork setting on the Job page.

Once selected click Update Artwork (now blue) to perform the bulk adjustment.

Artwork Status History

A timestamped log of individual item status changes is visible by clicking on the clock next to artwork status dropdown.

Artwork Files

Files uploaded to the Project containing this Job can be viewed in the action panel on the right side of the screen.

These files may have been attached to an Enquiry, Quote, PO, or uploaded directly into the Project. Additional files can also be added as needed..
