Quotes: Personalised Autosave

Individual users have granular control over their Quote Autosave frequency.

• The Default: Autosave is Off by default, allowing you to activate it on a quote-by-quote basis via the toggle in the top-right corner of your quote page.
• The Timing: Once active, your work will save 10 seconds after your last change.

Manual Control:
If you want total control over when your work is recorded, you can leave Autosave off and use the Save Changes button whenever you’re ready.

Your Settings: 

If you’d prefer to have Autosave on permanently, you can update your preferences via Your Settings > User Settings (at the bottom of the Main Menu). Here, you can also customise the Autosave delay to suit your workflow.

Built-in System Smarts 

Brandengine is also clever enough to recognise “true” changes. If you make an edit but then immediately undo it, the system knows the document is unaltered and won’t trigger an unnecessary save.

Preventing Data Loss 

Even if Autosave is inactive, we’ve got your back. A notification will appear if you try to navigate away from a quote with unsaved changes.
