Project Artifacts (Entities and Email)

At the very top left of the Quotes detail page (In between the Quote number and name) you will see a blue project icon.

This gives you access to information that has led to this point. (informational hierarchy)

Clicking this icon also give allow you to see emails sent (or received) by Brandengine that relate to this Enquiry and the subsequent Project & Jobs

Quotes – Details, Tags & Currency

This info is located in the Details tab, on the action bar, to the right of the Quote edit page – and provides you with quick access to specifics about to the quote and history.

In this tab you can:

• Edit/Append the Quote name
• Add Quote specific tags
• View/Edit Account Manager details
• View/Edit the details of the originating Enquiry (Or subsequent Project)
• Change the Quote Currency & GST visibility
• Initial Enquiry Notes

Edit/append the Quote name

To alter the quote name click Edit 

Tip: We suggest appending the name, rather than replacing it, so there is reference a text reference to the initial Enquiry when searching.

Add Tags

To assign tags to the quote click Edit 
…then Edit tags 

Tags selectable are from the Quote specific set that has been setup by your admin.

View/Edit Account Manager details

To view more details about the AM, click on the link (containing their name) next to the From field – a quick look panel will appear with additional info.

If you need to modify/update this info – click Edit 

View/Edit the details of the originating Enquiry (Or subsequent Project)

Clicking on the link to the right of the Project field will open a quick look panel with summary information including details and links to associated quotes and jobs.

If any quote in the originating Enquiry has converted to a sale, this link will take you to the corresponding Project window. – If no sale has yet been made, the Enquiry window will open

To view more detail of either Enquiry or Project – click View on the top right. 

To modify details or tags – click Edit 

Change the Quote Currency & GST visibility

During onboarding – a default currency was setup for your business, this will be displayed here.

If you need to alter the currency for a specific quote – click Edit 
(Current options are $AU & $NZ)

You will also be given the option to choose if you want to Show currency on quote and also Show GST on the quote.

Read Initial Enquiry Notes

For quick access & reference, these are the notes entered into the originating Enquiry.

To edit these, click on the Project link – then click Edit
