Address Book

Easily update Company (clients) and Vendor (suppliers, decorators, etc.) information from anywhere in Brandengine using the address book feature.

You can find it by going to MainMenu > Database > Address Book

A new window will appear, giving you access to all your Company and Vendor records. In the top-left of the pop-up, you can select which database to view and use the search bar to find specific entries.

Select a company or vendor from the list on the left to see its core details and all associated locations.

Core Info

You’ll see the details for the selected company or vendor in the middle column

Click the Edit button to update the core information and notes.

Locations

Addresses for the selected company or vendor are listed on the right of the pop-up

To update any of this information, including location specific notes, click Edit.

Click the New button to add new locations

International Countries

Brandengine includes international locations when you select a country.

International locations will only appear on address cards if their country differs from the distributor country defined in Company settings. This aligns with standard addressing protocols.

If you need the country listed in local addresses, remember that final address labels can always be edited.
