Project delivery addresses

Brandengine lets you record project delivery addresses at any stage of the sales process. These entries will then be visible throughout the project for easy reference.

Click the truck icon at the top of any Activity entity screen to add delivery addresses for that project or campaign. You’ll find the icon between the Project Artifact icon and the entity name.

(Activity entities are Enquiries, Quotes, Projects, Jobs and Purchase Orders)

The address book will pop up, showing the Delivery Addresses screen by default

The screen displays the core company information, notes and address book location entries. You’ll also see a section where you can define the project delivery addresses.

Editing/Adding Company Details

From this screen you can make changes and additions if required.

• Core Company details:
  Click Edit company to update any information.
• Company locations:
  – To edit an existing address and its notes, click Edit.
  – To add a new address to the Company, click +New.

Assign Project Delivery Addresses

You can assign any address from your Company or Vendor address book as a delivery location for a project. You can also add a unique, one-time address just for that specific project. You’re able to add multiple delivery addresses to a single project.

• To use a Main Project Company location as the delivery address,
  Click Use as delivery address

When a company location is added to a project, it will show as Added to project. This doesn’t prevent you from using the same address again for a different recipient or purpose in the same project.

To refine details, add a delivery contact person (ATTN:), or include any notes for a project delivery address, click the Edit button on its card.

• To use a location from Another Company or Vendor as the delivery address, change the view at the top of the pop-up screen to show Address Book.

After switching the view, you’ll see a list of your other companies and vendors on the left side of the screen. You can select from this list to choose a location.

Once you’ve selected a different business, you can allocate its delivery addresses to the project just as you would for the main project company.

• To add a One-time delivery address to the project,
  click New in the Project Delivery Address column on the right side of the screen.

The Create a New Location pop-up will open, allowing you to enter the delivery information.

Note that one-time locations will not be saved to your address book for use in other projects. If you need to use the location again, we recommend creating a Vendor or Company record for it.

All of the above information will then be available when you populate Purchase Orders and Delivery Labels for this project.

International Countries

Brandengine includes international locations when you select a country.

International locations will only appear on address cards if their country differs from the distributor country defined in Company settings. This aligns with standard addressing protocols.

If you need the country listed in local addresses, remember that final address labels can always be edited.
