Step One – Create a New Enquiry
An Enquiry forms the foundation for any activity with Brandengine, allowing you to use Brandengine as a CRM by recording any client interaction, not just quotations.
(eg – Meeting requests, Visual requests, etc….)
Creating a New Enquiry can be done directly from the main menu on the left of your screen (MainMenu>Activity>New Enquiry)

Once your clients details are entered – enter an Enquiry name.
Tip: The Enquiry name can be any alpha-numeric internal reference text that makes sense to you – this is not visible to your clients.
You are then ready to assign an Account Manager (and Production Manager if this feature is switched on in company settings) and click +Create Enquiry – this will then create and open a new window where you can enter in additional information and files that relate to this Enquiry.
