Sending the PO to MYOB
PostedOctober 17, 2024
UpdatedOctober 17, 2024
Whilst Brandengine can automatically generate PO’s from your Approved Quote – it does not automatically send the PO to the Supplier or to MYOB.
When viewing your PO’s you will see the ability to Send PO to MYOB
(This is provided the Vendor has been linked to MYOB.)

Once this is done, the PO will be locked to create 1 source of financial tuth for the PO.
In the event that information on the PO changes (eg – when the invoice arrives) the PO in BE can be updated from MYOB.

If needed – you can check if the PO has been sent to MYOB from multiple places within Brandengine
NB – It’s your company policy choice when PO’s are sent to Xero
- When the Supplier invoice is received. The PO is then checked against the invoice and sent to MYOB. This scenario makes it easier to manage potential client order changes.
- When the PO is sent to the supplier. The PO is then locked in Brandengine and any changes will be made by your Accounts team and pulled back into Brandengine
