Changing the email address for existing seats

During the OnBoarding process our Valet configured your version of Brandengine with your email domain. This was done via a platform called SendGrid

When initial users were added their email addresses were verified with Sendgrid so that emails can be sent from their address.

If you need to alter the email address of an existing seat in BE – the new email address will also need to be verified.

Verify Email Address

Navigate to the Software Integration page
(MainMenu>YourCompany>Company-wideSettings>YourCompany>SoftwareIntegration)

Scroll down to Email Integration

Click Configure email addresses

Scroll down until you see the email address Not in Sendgrid

Click the green +Add to Sendgrid button – a new window will appear

Fill in the address details and the confirm by clicking the blue +Add to Sendgrid button

The new email address will then be verified

If there is any issues, please contact us

NB – You will only be able to Verify email addresses using the single domain that was setup for your version of Brandengine.
If the domain needs to be changed, please contact us
