Email notifications – Auto track
Using Auto Track (via API connected carriers), you can easily set up delivery email notifications and choose whether they are sent directly to your client or internally (or both).

Client notification setup
Here’s how to set up email notifications for your clients:
- Add Client Project Contacts: Place your cursor in the Send email to field. A dialogue box will appear where you can click to +Add client contacts associated with that specific project.
- Add Other Existing Contacts: To add other existing contacts to the distribution list, simply start typing their name or details to search the main Brandengine (BE) contacts database.
- Add New Contacts: If the contact does not exist in the database, continue typing their full email address and press [Enter] to add them instantly.
- Select Notifications: Choose which specific notifications you would like your client to receive. You can select them individually or click All.
- Add Reference Details (Optional): Enter any relevant reference information. This text will appear in the subject line of all emails sent out. (eg Expo Merch)

Internal notification setup
Follow these steps to set up email notifications for your internal team:
- Select Recipients: Choose which roles or individuals within your organization should receive the email notifications (e.g., the Account Manager or the Production Manager, if assigned to the project).
- Select Notifications: Determine which specific updates you would like your team to receive internally. You can select them individually or click All.

NB – This is not available when tracking shipments manually
Freight Cards – Email Notification Icon
– The Freight Card will display a solid envelope when email notifications are active.
Click the envelope to view a status overview of all setup email notifications for this consignment.
Email Examples
Client Notification Emails will contain the following info in the subject line:
- Distributor name & delivery status
- Consignment note number
- Any reference entered when setting up the notification email
(eg Tradeshow Giveaways)

Internal/Distributor Notification Emails have the following details in the subject line:
- Client name and delivery status
- Consignment Note number
- Brandengine Project number
(eg Ref P0045)

All emails will also include:
- Your distributor logo
- Delivery status
- Track order status Link
- Tracking number and Courier details
(until the shipment is delivered)
Tracking Page
Clicking the Track order status button will open a generic tracking page that shows:
- Generic Courier Tracking logo
- Con Note and Carrier details
- Delivery status
- Tracking stages

Please Note: Further customisation of the email notifications and tracking landing page is currently not available ~ sorry
