Shared Views

Summary Boards with Custom Views are designed to let individual users see the information most relevant to their role and tasks — it’s your own powerful, personalised reporting tool.

Company Shared Views

If you’ve created a view that may benefit others in your company, they can be shared with your teammates.

When a view is shared, the recipient can add it to their collection and modify them as needed without altering your original view.

Sharing Views

Open the Custom View Filter (top left of the Summary Board)…

Scroll to the bottom and click the Manage Views button.

Each of your views has a Share switch.

To allow other team members access to the views you have created, toggle the switch so it turns blue

Once shared, your views will be available for all colleagues to use or modify — without affecting your original version.

Adding Views

Open the Custom View Filter (top left of the Summary Board)…

Scroll to the bottom and click the Manage Views button.

In the bottom-right corner of the pop-up, click Browse Shared Views.

By default, the pop-up that appears will show shared views from Your Company. You’ll also see the author’s name and relevant publishing dates.

Select the view/s you want to activate on your Summary Board, then click the green Add this button. These views will be available for you to use as-is or customise to suit your needs. Any changes you make will not affect the original shared view.

The Brandengine Library

To help you get started, we’ve provided a library of common views that you may find useful as-is or as a framework. Once added, these views can be modified to suit your exact requirements.

You’ll find them under the Brandengine Library tab when browsing the shared views within each Summary Board. Simply select the views you want to load and click the green “Add these” button to make them available to you.

You can delete any added views from your summary board at any time if they’re no longer needed.
